Michael Galler Week 1: A Royal Excursion
About two weeks ago (right before I got COVID), I was on a Royal Caribbean cruise sailing to Nassau, the Bahamas, and Coco Cay, Royal Caribbean’s private island. I had been on a similar cruise before, and I had already been to Coco Cay. The island is officially named Perfect Day at Coco Cay (but no one calls it that), and it is a waterpark on an island. On the island, there are many slides you can go on, and there are also multiple beaches to hold all the cruisers. During the time I had previously spent there, I had gone to both the waterpark and the beach on the island. So this time, my family wanted to try to do something different. We went swimming with pigs. I did not want to do this at the time because it was kind of weird to go swimming with pigs. It isn’t commonly known, but pigs can actually swim almost as well as dogs can. And those pigs aren’t small either; the biggest ones were almost half a ton! I was able to hold the pigs while they were in the ocean. I even got to hold a baby pig! I really enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. It's not every day you get to hold a pig in your bare hands. I’d recommend trying it out because it is unique, and you may never get a chance to experience it again. What do you think? Do you think you would enjoy swimming with pigs?
That is so fascinating! I never knew swimming with pigs was possible. I love exploring unique experiences in other countries, so maybe I will give that a try sometime!
ReplyDeleteWow, this is so interesting! I never knew pigs could swim almost as well as dogs. I love to travel, and I think experiencing new interests and activities is very important, so I think I would enjoy it a lot.
ReplyDeleteIt's cool that you were able to swim with pigs and I definitely think it'd be fun to try. Trying new things may not always seem great at first but will usually end up being rewarding.
